We are pleased to welcome you as a prospective member of the First Capital Pennsylvania Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa.  Phi Delta Kappa is a professional association that serves to promote friendship and professional growth among those dedicated to careers of leadership and service in education.  Applications for membership are accepted throughout the year.

In order to be considered for membership, you will need to complete and submit together the following attached forms:

1.      Phi Delta Kappa First Capital Pennsylvania Chapter Nomination Form (green)

2.   Phi Delta Kappa First Capital Pennsylvania Chapter Application Form (gold)

3.   Phi Delta Kappa International Application Form (white)

Upon receipt, your application will be considered by the membership committee for an invitation of membership in The First Capital Phi Delta Kappa Chapter and Phi Delta Kappa International.  The formal chapter installation is scheduled for May 13, 2009 at the Heritage Hills Golf Resort & Conference Center.
